My name is Liz Rubando, the maker of Lizware.
Lizware is a passionate endeavor devoted to connection through the reciprocal act of art—fostering a world where community thrives and creativity is not only witnessed, but actively shared. Liz weaves together artistry, education, and the written word, grounding each facet of her work in meaningful engagement and the exchange of energy that connects us as individuals and as a collective humanity.
Current themes of my work include:
“Kula” — a Sanskrit word meaning community. bound by shared, intentional, and often spiritual connections. In yoga, it denotes a supportive, inclusive, and sacred circle of practitioners
I’m also drawn to ephemeral works created in nature, motivated by sustainability, our connection with Mother Earth, and a desire to bring art into the open.
